The intake form on this website submits through Web3Forms, which relays the submission to our inbox at hello@tracecharter.com. We receive the information you choose to submit through that form.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Our services are intended for business owners and agency professionals.

We use GoatCounter to understand aggregate traffic to the site. GoatCounter is designed as a lightweight, privacy-friendly analytics service. Basic hosting infrastructure may also generate technical logs needed to keep the site online and secure.
We also serve site styling locally rather than loading remote web fonts from third-party providers.
We aim to handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and any rules made thereunder, as applicable to our business.
